Liability Waiver & Release

By participating in ISO Sports Foundation programs, events, or activities, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk

I understand that participation in sports and physical activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, or accidents.

I voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation.

Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless ISO Sports Foundation, its staff, volunteers, sponsors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from participation.

Medical Authorization

In the event of an emergency, I authorize ISO Sports Foundation to seek medical treatment on behalf of the participant.

Photo & Media Release

I grant permission for ISO Sports Foundation to use photos and videos taken during events for promotional and marketing purposes.

Agreement

By registering or participating, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agreed to this waiver.
